About Online Coaching

The program itself is completely virtual, and the training aspect as well as nutrition and education is planned out through an easy to use app.

Components offered through online coaching:

  1. The initial consult is a way to meet your coach and a way for us to determine the best approach to benefit each client's needs. 
  2. Weekly virtual check-in (30 min Zoom call or phone call). This helps determine any barriers that can present themselves at the start of the program and creates an opportunity for additional guidance and fosters accountability. 
  3. Scheduled virtual check-in after the initial 30 day period once a routine has been developed and you become more self sufficient. 
  4. Ongoing program design that meets your training goals and  work around your environment, allowing you to progress and improve on yourself with challenging exercises. 
  5. Guidance on recovery, stress management, nutritional understanding, and goal setting is a constant aspect throughout the program that allows you to optimize your lifestyle change.
  6. Metrics tracking such as body weight, caloric intake, training volume, and training loads are available at the touch of your fingertips in one convenient location. 
  7. Customized meal plan recommendations that compliment your fitness goals. Our plans offer an opportunity to learn new recipes, provide a hassle free way to plan for grocery trips, and encourage healthier variations of foods you already love.  



Since this is virtual, the unique component is that you have access to the educational materials that cover nutrition, exercise, and overall health, which you can apply no matter where you are in your stage of life. The personalized approach also helps extract the enjoyment out of exercise.

Vlad is an experienced trainer with a background in physical therapy and a B.S. in Kinesiology - the study of human movement mechanics. He understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle to prevent aches and pains and enjoys performance optimization. Whether you are looking to start exercising, are training for a sporting event, or simply want to focus on functional fitness and longevity, you can rely on his programming and expert advice to help achieve your vision. 

"Having served in the military and always somehow having a couple projects I am working on at once, I understand how creative you have to become with your time when you have a busy schedule. I want to help people find the time to work on their fitness without compromising the delicate balance they already have in their day-to-day life. I am a strong believer that a few hours a week of being physically challenged  is the best way to avoid unwanted medical bills while preparing for life's challenges to come."
